COTTON

Cotton can be knitted or woven into cloth. The two most common weaving methods of cotton are plain weave and twill weave. Inside the cotton fabric for clothing, plain weave is commonly 40S 60S 80S, etc., depending on the density, there can be divided into thousands of varieties, so the market is a lot of grams to distinguish between different plain weave cotton fabric. Twill weave is generally thicker, is used in home textiles, clothing jackets, etc. Twill is more durable than plain, can be used in denim, khaki and plaid. Satin weave is less common in cotton fibers.

Derived from plant fibers, cotton fabric retains the native fluffiness of cotton, so it is breathable and skin-friendly because it is easy to care for and comfortable all year round. Cotton fabric is easy to clean; it can be washed or dry cleaned. It can withstand high water temperatures, but it tends to shrink. Even with pre-washed fabrics, most cotton fabrics shrink in the first wash, so they must be pre-washed again before sewing.

RAYON

Rayon fiber a fabric made of semi-synthetic fibers, comfortable, soft to the skin, and has moderate dry strength and abrasion resistance. The fabric is soft and therefore comfortable to wear, the fabric has a beautiful, luxurious appearance, the fabric absorbs moisture and water well, it stays cool and airy in warm weather the fabric does not wrinkle, the fabric holds its shape and color well.
Rayon has a good drape. Rayon fiber has what is commonly referred to as “fluid drape,” which means it hangs and moves in a fluid manner, similar to a liquid. This drapability means that rayon does not stay stiff and can retain wrinkles like a sturdy material such as canvas.
Rayon does not repel water; it is actually more absorbent than cotton. This absorbency makes rayon an ideal fabric for sportswear and wet climates because it absorbs moisture from the skin.
Breathability. Rayon is not a naturally warm fabric, which means it does not retain heat. Its cool, breathable material has made rayon a popular fabric for fitness apparel.
Rayon is used in a wide variety of apparel items, including draped garments, sportswear, and silk garments therefore it has become an alternative to natural silk (sometimes even called “rayon” or “art silk”) for everything from shirts to underwear.

COTTON SPANDEX

This type of cotton spandex blend fabric, characterized by its white base color, can be dyed or printed according to specific design and style requirements. This fabric combines the softness and breathability of cotton with the stretch and resilience of elastic fibers. This makes it highly suitable for crafting comfortable and form-fitting clothing, such as jeans, T-shirts, trousers, skirts, and other apparel with higher elasticity demands.

COTTON POLY

“Cotton poly” is a blended fabric, typically made from a combination of cotton and polyester fibers. This fabric possesses the softness and breathability of cotton, along with the durability and quick-drying characteristics of polyester. Typically, this type of fabric can be used for dyeing or printing to achieve various colors and patterns, making it adaptable to different design and style requirements. This fabric is commonly used in the production of various types of clothing, bedding, home textiles, and more. It combines the qualities of both cotton and polyester, providing softness and durability, while also being easy to keep clean and drying quickly.
